Availability

  • Installation services are only available in the Sydney and Melbourne metro areas.

  • Patching and repainting are not included in the service.

Scheduling

  • Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days after the work order is created.

  • The timeline depends on how quickly the required documents are submitted. The job order is only endorsed to the installer once all requirements are provided, and the countdown begins from that point.

  • Customers should keep their lines open, as the installer may call at any time to coordinate.

On the Day of Installation

  • After completing the installation, the installer will tidy up the workspace.

  • As part of the standard procedure, the installer will ask for customer feedback before leaving.

Pricing

  • Deadbolt installation: $249 (tax included)

  • Mortise installation: $349 (tax included)

Accessories

  • Rebate kit: $61.60 (before tax)

Conditions and Requirements

  1. Door alignment – If the door has alignment issues, the smart lock may malfunction. The door must be repaired and aligned properly before the installation appointment.

  2. Sunlight exposure – Ensure the lock is not exposed to direct sunlight.

  3. Fire rating – None of the locks offered are fire-rated.
