How to Activate Your Smart Lock

To activate your Philips smart door lock, follow these simple steps:

  1. Unlock and open the door

  2. Touch the screen to wake it up

  3. Press the star key [ * ]

  4. Enter the activation code found on a white sticker on the box the lock came with

  5. Press the hash key [ # ]

  6. Wait for the lock to say: "Activation succeeded"

Activation Code Location

  1. Check the Box: Look for a white sticker on the box your lock came with. The activation code is a 6-digit number on a white sticker.

  2. If you no longer have the box, you can acquire your activation code using the serial number.

    1. To acquire the serial number:

      1. Check the warranty card

      2. 400-method: on your smart lock, wake up the screen, then press 400, then star key [*]. The smart lock will say the lengthy serial number quickly.

        Tip: It helps if you record a video or audio while this is happening so you can slow it down and take note of the serial number.

    2. Once you have the serial number, follow this link to enter the number and activate your lock.
