Do not scrape the fingerprint sensor with sharp objects.
Keep away from water leaks/splashes and corrosive substances.
Do not hang objects on the handle; clean with a soft cloth.
Do not remove the batteries during setup or operation.
Have a professional technician install the lock and keep all seal stickers intact.
After installation, immediately change the default master PIN. Store the mechanical key safely and do not disclose PINs.
Replace all batteries promptly when a low-battery alert appears, and match polarity (+/−) correctly.

Keep batteries away from fire sources.
Do not power the lock with unsafe power supplies.
Do not short-circuit battery poles with metal objects.
Component replacement must be performed by Philips, an authorized service center, or professional technicians.

Disposal of Used Products and Batteries
Locks may be reclaimed at Philips-authorized service centers if they meet return conditions.
Follow local electronic-waste and battery-recycling regulations; do not dispose of batteries with household waste. Proper disposal prevents environmental and health impacts.
