✅ The manual includes answers to common questions and step-by-step help for setup and troubleshooting.

1) Safety, Caution, and Disposal

Safety

  • Read and fully understand all instructions before use. Damage caused by not following instructions is not covered by the warranty.

  • Use only manufacturer-specified accessories and the required batteries. Do not forcibly disassemble the product.

  • Do not scrape the fingerprint sensor with sharp objects.

  • Keep the product away from water splashes and corrosive substances. Clean with a soft cloth.

  • Have a professional technician install the lock. Keep seal stickers intact. Immediately change the default master PIN after installation, keep the mechanical key safe, and do not disclose PIN codes.

  • Replace all batteries promptly when a low-battery alert appears and match polarity correctly.

Caution

  • Keep batteries away from fire sources and do not use unsafe emergency power supplies. Avoid short-circuiting battery poles.

  • Component replacement must be performed by Philips, an authorized service center, or professional technicians. Do not use unauthorized accessories or parts; this may void the warranty.

Disposal of Used Products and Batteries

  • You can return locks to Philips-authorized service centers if they meet return conditions. Follow local e-waste and battery-recycling regulations; do not dispose of batteries with household waste. Proper disposal prevents environmental and health impacts.
