7300 - Unlocking Methods (Outside & Inside)

šŸ”“ Unlock from Outside

1. PIN Code (Master PIN: 1 | User PIN: Up to 20 | One-Time PIN: 1)

Steps:

  1. Touch the keypad to wake up the system.

  2. Enter the registered PIN code and press [#] to confirm.

  3. After hearing the voice prompt ā€œDoor openedā€, press down the handle to open the door.


2. Fingerprint - Up to 100 fingerprints

Steps:

  1. Place your registered finger properly on the fingerprint sensor.

  2. After hearing the voice prompt ā€œDoor openedā€, press down the handle to open the door.


3. Key Tag (Card) - Up to 100

Steps:

  1. Place your registered card on the card reader.

  2. After hearing the voice prompt ā€œDoor openedā€, press down the handle to open the door.


4. Mechanical Key

Steps:

  1. Cut open the box using scissors and remove the key shell.

  2. Push the cover aside to reveal the mechanical key.

  3. Insert the key into the keyhole, keeping the key and key shell vertical to each other. Rotate the key shell 90° toward the handle until it is close to the door surface.

  4. Rotate the key shell downward 180° until it is parallel to the ground. Rotate the key shell horizontally toward the handle to unlock the door.

⚠ Attention:
It is recommended not to use the mechanical key for daily unlocking.
Use it only for emergencies, such as:

  • Battery is depleted

  • PIN code is forgotten

  • System malfunction


5. Mobile App (Bluetooth Range) | How to Unlock using the app (video)

  • Press and hold the lock icon in the app until the lock disengages.

NOTE:
These functions can only be performed when your mobile device is within the door lock’s Bluetooth range.

With Handle

Philips EasyKey uses an indoor fast-opening mortise.

Steps:

  • Simply press down the handle to unlock the door.

Important:
Before opening the door from inside:

  • Ensure the safe handle switch is toggled to the green indicator

  • Confirm the safe handle function is disabled
