Step 1: Check Key Tag Registration - Confirm the key tag is registered to the lock.
Solution:
Register the key tag using the voice guide or user manual, or
Test with another registered key tag.
Step 2: Identify the Faulty Key Tag - Test the lock using multiple key tags.
Only one key tag fails → The key tag is faulty; replace it.
Multiple key tags fail → Proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Check Battery Level
Replace batteries with a fresh set of disposable alkaline batteries.
Test the key tags again.
Step 4: Perform a Factory Reset (If Issue Persists)
⚠️ Note: This will erase all user data and will revert the master PIN to default: 12345678
Steps:
Remove the inside lower cover.
Double-press the RES button using a pointed object.
Listen for the voice prompt: “Restored to factory settings.”
Reprogram/re-register all PINs, fingerprints, and key tags.
Step 5: Replace Outside Panel (If Issue Persists) - If the issue continues after Step 4, replace the OUTSIDE PANEL following the Warranty Claim & Technical Escalation procedure.
