1. Installation Issue:

Check whether the square shaft is installed
Check whether the spring is installed on the hole of the square shaft
Check whether the door thickness is beyond the stated thickness marked on the accessory kit
Solutions:
Install the square shaft
Install the spring on the hole of handle
Check the sated door thickness range and measure the actual door thickness marked on the accessory kit
2. Improper Operation:
Check whether you turn on safehandle function
Solutions:
Turn off the safehandle function
