The 7300-5HB variant we sell is a Bluetooth door lock, not a Wi-Fi model. Remote locking and unlocking via the app is only possible when the user is within the lock’s Bluetooth range.

According to Conex, the 7300 can technically work with the Gateway; however, they do not recommend using them together. The Bluetooth function of the 7300 automatically turns off if it is not used within 7 days, which will disconnect it from the Gateway. Additionally, we have not conducted any official testing on the compatibility between the 7300 and the Gateway. As a result, users may experience issues that we cannot predict or troubleshoot.
