7300 How to Toggle Between Auto and Manual Locking

Note: Newer lock models no longer have a physical switch, but you can still change the mode through the keypad. The lock is set to Auto Mode by default.

For Newer Models (No Switch)

  • Unlock the door.

  • Press and hold the [6] key to toggle between Auto Mode and Manual Mode.

For Older Models (With a Toggle Switch)

  • Simply flip the switch to your preferred setting:

    • Auto Mode – door locks automatically

    • Manual Mode – door must be locked manually
