🔓 Unlock from Outside

  • PIN Code (Master PIN: 1 | User PIN: 20 [includes One-Time PIN])

  • Fingerprint (Master Fingerprint: 1 | User Fingerprints: 99)

  • Key Tag: Up to 100

  • Face ID: Up to 50

  • Mechanical Key (Emergency Use)

PIN Code

  1. Touch the keypad to wake it up.

  2. Enter the enrolled PIN code and press [#].

  3. After the voice prompt “Door opened”, push or pull the handle to unlock.

Fingerprint

  1. Place the enrolled finger on the fingerprint sensor.

  2. After the voice prompt “Door opened”, push or pull the handle to unlock.

Key Tag

  1. Place the enrolled key tag on the card reader.

  2. After the voice prompt “Door opened”, push or pull the handle to unlock.

Face ID

  1. Face the camera using the enrolled Face ID.

  2. After the voice prompt “Door opened”, push or pull the handle to unlock.

Mechanical Key (Emergency Use)

  1. Cut open the mechanical key box and remove the key shell. Push the knob aside to reveal the key.

  2. Insert the key into the keyhole, keeping the key and key shell vertical to each other. Rotate the key shell 90° toward the handle until it is close to the door surface.

  3. Rotate the key shell 180° downward until parallel to the ground, then rotate it horizontally toward the handle to unlock.

🔐 Unlock from Inside

  • Rotary Knob: Turn the rotary knob to unlock.

  • OPEN Button: Double-press the [OPEN] button within one second, then push or pull the door to unlock.

  • Infrared Handle Unlock:

    • When enabled, touching the handle unlocks the door once the infrared sensor detects your hand from the front or rear of the handle.
