Outside Forced Lock Alert
Triggering:
When the lock is in Outside Forced Lock mode, unlocking the door from inside will trigger the alert.
Alert Mode:
Continuously repeated alert.
Alert Off:
The alert will stop after any successful access verification.
Low Battery Alert
Triggering:
Battery voltage is automatically checked each time the system wakes up.
If the battery level is low, an alert will be triggered.
Alert Mode:
Voice prompt during unlocking: “Low battery, please replace the battery.”
Alert Off:
The alert will turn off automatically.
Battery Life:
Up to 3 months (rechargeable lithium battery). Actual battery life may vary depending on usage scenarios and feature settings.
Anti-Dismantling Alert
Triggering Condition 1 - The door is pried open ,and the sensor latch bolt is triggered.
Alert Mode:
Continuously repeated alert.
Alert Off:
Automatically stops, or
Stops after successful access verification.
Triggering Condition 2 - The outside escutcheon is pried open and no longer fits properly against the door.
Alert Mode:
Continuously repeated alert.
Alert Off:
Automatically stops, or
Stops after successful access verification, or
Stops after unlocking from inside.
Deadbolt Abnormality Alert
Triggering:
The deadbolt operates abnormally, and the door fails to lock or unlock.
Alert Mode:
Continuously repeated alert.
Alert Off:
The alert will turn off automatically.
Motion Detection (Loitering) Alert
Triggering:
When a person remains in front of the door longer than the set duration, the loitering alert will be triggered.
Alert Mode:
The camera captures a video and sends a notification to the app.
Alert Off:
Motion detection is disabled by default.
This feature can be enabled or disabled in the app.
Important Notes
Motion detection is OFF by default. To enable it:
Log in to the app
Bind the door lock on the Home page
Go to Settings and enable Loitering Alert
Frequent video recording increases battery consumption.
To reduce power usage, set Motion Detection Sensitivity to Low.
