How to apply an external power supply
When the battery voltage is low and the door cannot be unlocked from outside, you can temporarily power the lock using a 5V power bank as an external power supply.
Steps:
Connect a 5V power bank to the external power port to power up the lock.
Unlock and open the door.
Replace or recharge the battery immediately after opening.
Note:
If the system crashes and cannot be unlocked from outside, connecting an external power supply will power up and automatically reboot the door lock.
Battery Replacement
The door lock is powered by a 5000 mAh Li-polymer rechargeable battery.
The battery compartment is located at the upper end of the inside escutcheon.
Steps:
Slide the battery cover upward.
Remove the cover.
Take out and replace the battery.
Battery Recharging
Remove the battery from the door lock.
Recharge it using a charging cable.
Attention
The warranty period for the Li-polymer battery is 1 year.
The charging voltage is 5V.
Unstable network conditions may accelerate battery aging.
