If the rotary knob is stuck or won’t turn, follow these steps:
Check the door thickness
The lock may jam if installed on a door that is too thin.
Minimum door thickness: 38 mm.
Check the handle shaft size
Ensure the handle shaft matches the door measurement. Using the wrong size can cause the knob to stick. (Highlighted in BLUE in the image below)
Test the knob without the inside panel
Remove the inside panel and try turning the knob. If it’s still stuck, replace the inside panel.
Check the compressed springs
