Step 1: Check Mute / Unmute Setting

How to Check and Change Mute Status

Mute the lock

  1. Wake up the outside keypad so it lights up.

  2. Press and hold [0] (Mute button) for 2 seconds.

  3. Listen for the voice prompt: “Mute mode enabled.”

Unmute the lock

  1. Wake up the outside keypad so it lights up.

  2. Press and hold [0] (Mute button) for 2 seconds.

  3. Listen for the voice prompt: “Voice prompt enabled.”

Result:

  • If the lock was muted, unmute it and test the sound.

  • If the lock is already unmuted but there is still no sound, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Check Volume Settings

How to Adjust Volume Level

  1. Press [*] twice to enter Master Mode.

  2. Enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.

  3. Press [2] to enter System Settings.

  4. Press [2] again to enter Volume Settings.

  5. Select the volume level:

    • [1] → Higher volume

    • [2] → Lower volume

    • [3] → Mute mode

  6. Press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu until you exit Master Mode.

Attention: The default setting is higher volume.

Result:

  • If the volume was low or muted, increase it and test the lock.

  • If the volume is already set to high but there is still no sound, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Check Battery Level

  • Replace the batteries with a sufficiently charged spare lithium battery and retest the lock.

➡️ If the issue persists, proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Perform Factory Reset

**Note: This will erase all user data and reset the master PIN to 12345678.

Factory Reset Steps

  1. Remove the battery cover.

  2. Double-press the RES button using a pointed object.

  3. Listen for the voice prompt: “Restored to factory settings.”

  • Reprogram all PINs, fingerprints, and key tags.

  • Test the lock.

➡️ If the issue persists, proceed to Step 5.


Step 5: Warranty & Technical Escalation

  • Proceed with the Warranty Claim & Technical Escalation procedure
