How to Resolve
To ensure the correct model appears in the list and the lock can successfully scan the QR code, the correct country/region must be selected when creating the app account.
If an Account Was Created with the Wrong Country/Region:
Log out of the current account in the app.
Create a new account.
You may use the same email address or mobile number.
Ensure the correct country/region is selected during the account setup process.
Once the new account is created with the correct country/region, proceed with the normal QR code scanning and device setup.
