How to change the Default master PIN code
Press and hold [#]
Enter the default Master PIN code(12345678) or swipe the master key tag, or scan the master fingerprint
Press [#] if using the master PIN code
Press [1] to enter master access method settings
Press [1] again to add a master access method.
Enter the new master PIN code
Press [#] to confirm
Re-enter the master PIN code
Press [#] to reconfirm
You will hear a voice prompt indicating that the master PIN code was added successfully.
Press [*] to return to the previous menu until you exit the master mode.
How to add master fingerprint
Press and hold [#]
Enter the default Master PIN code(12345678)or swipe the master key tag, or scan the master fingerprint
Press [#] if using the master PIN code
Press [1] to enter master access method settings
Press [1] again to add a master access method.
Enroll your finger through the fingerprint sensor.
You will hear a voice prompt “Please press again”.
Take your finger off and put it back again, repeat the action until you hear a voice prompt indicating that the fingerprint was added successfully.
Press [*] to return to the previous menu until you exit the master mode.
How to add a master key tag
Press and hold [#]
Enter the default Master PIN code(12345678)or swipe the master key tag, or scan the master fingerprint
Press [#] if using the master PIN code
Press [1] to enter master access method settings
Press [1] again to add a master access method.
Place the key tag close to the card reader until you hear a voice prompt indicating that the key tag was added successfully.
Press [*] to return to the previous menu until you exit the master mode.
How to delete master PIN code

Enter the Master PIN code or swipe the master key tag, or scan the master fingerprint
Press [#] if using the master PIN code
Press [1] to enter the admin settings
Press [2] to delete an admin.
Enter the user number of the master access method to be deleted.
Press [#] to confirm
You will hear a voice prompt indicating that the deletion was successful.
Press [*] to return to the previous menu until you exit the master mode.

Press [2] to enter user settings.
Press [1] to add a user.
Enter a new user PIN code.
Press [#] to confirm.

Place your enrolled finger on the sensor.
You will hear a voice prompt of “Please press again”.
Take your finger off and put it back again.
Repeat the action until you hear a voice prompt indicating that the fingerprint was added successfully.
Press [*] to return to the previous menu until you exit the master mode.

Press [1] to add a user.

How to delete user through user number
Press and hold [#]
Enter the Master PIN code or swipe the master key tag, or scan the master fingerprint.
Press [#] if using the master PIN code.
Press [2] to enter the user setting.
Press [2] again to delete a user.
Press [1] to select a user number to delete.
Enter the number of access methods to be deleted.
Press [#] to confirm.
You will hear a voice prompt indicating that the deletion was successful.
Press [*] to return to the previous menu until you exit the master mode.
How to delete ALL user
Press and hold [#]
Enter the Master PIN code or swipe the master key tag, or scan the master fingerprint.
Press [#] if using the master PIN code.
Press [2] to enter the user setting.
Press [2] again to delete a user.
Press [2] to delete all users.
Follow the voice prompt from the lock end.
Press [#] to confirm to delete all the user information.
FACTORY RESET
Function:
To empty all user information and restore to default settings.
STEPS:
1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Press the RES button for 6 seconds until you hear the voice prompt.
3. Press # to confirm
