Outside Forced Lock Mode
Function
Unlocking the door from the inside will trigger an alert.
How to Use
After the door is successfully locked, press and hold the Outside Forced Lock button for 2 seconds to enable the mode.
Note
Enabling Outside Forced Lock does not affect normal unlocking from outside.
Mute Mode
Function
Temporarily mutes the lock so voice guidance is turned off, ideal when you do not want to disturb others.
How to Use
Mute:
When the system is awake, long-press the [Mute] button for 2 seconds until the indicator glows green.
Unmute:
When the system is awake, long-press the [Mute] button for 2 seconds until the indicator glows white and sound is restored.
Doorbell
Function
Indicates that a visitor is at the door.
How to Use
When a visitor presses the doorbell key on the keypad:
The indoor chime plays a ding-dong sound.
The smart lock’s camera captures a video clip of the visitor.
The video is sent to the paired app, allowing remote viewing upon receiving the notification.
⚠️ Note: When the doorbell key is pressed, the indicator light flashes blue twice.
Two-Way Video Intercom
Function
Allows you to view visitors and communicate with them via the mobile app.
How to Use
Once the smart lock is paired with the mobile app, you can view the area outside the door and talk to visitors in real time through the app.
Inside Deadlock | Privacy Mode
Function
Completely disables all outside operations for enhanced security.
How to Use
When the EasyKey is locked, press and hold the [CLOSE] button until the indicator flashes red once.
A voice prompt “Inside deadlock enabled” will be played.
Important Notes
When Inside Deadlock is active:
The outside escutcheon is locked.
Attempting to wake the system will display “15937(X)” on the keypad.
A voice prompt, “Inside deadlock enabled,” will play as a reminder.
All outside operations are disabled.
To release Inside Deadlock:
Verify using the Master PIN code, or unlock using the mechanical key.
Any unlocking method from the inside will disable Inside Deadlock mode.
