How to Charge the Lock in an Emergency

When the battery voltage is low and the door cannot be unlocked from the outside, you can temporarily power the lock using a 5V power bank.

  • Connect a 5V power bank to the micro-USB port on the door lock to supply emergency power.

  • Once the door is unlocked, replace the battery immediately.

System Reboot Scenario

  • If a system crash occurs and the door lock cannot be unlocked from the outside, you can reboot the system by supplying power through the micro-USB port.


How to Replace the Battery

The smart door lock is powered by a 5000mAh lithium battery.

  1. Locate the battery compartment at the lower part of the inside escutcheon.

  2. Press the button near the bottom of the inside escutcheon.

  3. Remove the battery cover.

  4. Take out the battery and replace it with the lithium battery.


How to Charge the Lithium Battery

  1. Remove the lithium battery from the door lock.

  2. Charge the battery using a USB charging cable.


Important Notes

  1. The lithium battery is covered by a one-year warranty and supports approximately 300 full charge and discharge cycles.

  2. Charging voltage: 5V.

  3. Poor network conditions may cause faster power consumption.


Battery Life

  • Up to 3 months per charge (rechargeable lithium battery).

  • Actual battery life may vary depending on usage scenarios and settings.
