Step 1: Check if auto locking is enabled. Please refer to the System settings article - locking mode.
Step 2: Once Auto Locking Mode is enabled, perform the check while the door is open. Follow the steps outlined in the “Deadbolt Lock Failure with “Door Is Not Locked” Voice Notification” article.
