Indicators: Meaning and Usage

Door Lock Status Indicator

  • Blue: When the system wakes up and the light glows blue, the lock is ready for use.

  • Green: When the door is unlocked and the light glows green, the door is open.

  • Red: When the door is locked and the light glows red, the door is closed.


Outside Forced Lock Indicator

  • White:

    1. When the door is locked and the light glows white, the outside forced locking function can be enabled.

    2. Once outside forced locking is enabled, the light will glow white whenever the system wakes up.


Mute Mode Indicator

  • White: Mute mode is off.

  • Green: Mute mode is on.


Inside Deadlock Indicator

  • When the door is in inside deadlock mode, the keypad is disabled.

  • If the system is woken manually, the keypad will display “15937 (X)” and a voice prompt will announce:
    “Inside deadlock enabled.”


System Freezing Indicator

  • If there are 5 consecutive incorrect attempts (fingerprint, PIN code, or key tag) within 5 minutes, the system will freeze and lock for 3 minutes.

  • During this time, keypad numbers will only appear when:

    • The outside escutcheon is woken up, or

    • A user attempts identity verification.


[OPEN/CLOSE] Indicator

  • Red light flashing twice: Door locked successfully.

  • Green light flashing twice: Door unlocked successfully.

  • Red light flashing once: Door is in deadlock mode.


Infrared Sensor Unlocking Indicator

  • Fast flashing green: Infrared sensor unlocking is enabled.

  • Fast flashing red: Infrared sensor unlocking is disabled.
