Possible Cause:
Batteries are completely depleted.
Quick Solutions
Option 1: Unlock Using the Mechanical Key
Locate the mechanical keyhole on the outside panel.
Insert the mechanical key and turn it to unlock the door.
Note: If the mechanical key is not available or the system has crashed, proceed to Option 2.
Option 2: Emergency External Power
When the battery is too low to operate the lock, you can temporarily power the lock using a 5V power bank via the emergency USB-C port located near the mechanical keyhole.
Steps:
Connect a USB-C cable to the lock’s emergency power port.
Connect the other end to a power bank or external power source.
Once the lock powers on, unlock it using your usual method (PIN, card, fingerprint, or app).
Important Notes:
This does not charge the batteries. It is only for temporarily powering the lock to unlock the door.
If the Lock Still Does Not Respond
Enter the house via another door you have access to (e.g., garage or back door).
Replace the battery with a fully charged spare immediately.
After Unlocking
Replace the battery with a fully charged spare.
Test the lock to ensure it operates normally
If the lock still does not respond after battery replacement, follow the TECH ESCALATION process.
