Step 1: Check Battery Level
Confirm batteries are not low.
Replace with a fresh set of disposable alkaline batteries.
Test the lock after battery replacement.
Step 2: Perform a Factory Reset
⚠️ Important: This will erase all user data and will revert the master PIN to default: 12345678
Steps:
Remove the inside lower cover.
Using a pointed object, double-press the RES button.
Listen for the voice prompt: “Restored to factory settings.”
Reprogram the lock.
Test the lock.
Step 3:If the lock still does not function correctly after Step 2,replace the OUTSIDE PANEL following the Warranty Claim & Technical Escalation procedure.
