Installation issues
Check whether the reversal direction of the push-pull is correct based on the user manual
Use the drilling template to check whether the drilling size conforms to the requirement
Loosen the connecting screw of the front escutcheon and check whether the handle can be moved to its original position smoothly.
If the handle still can't be restored or pushed smoothly without installation, check the transmission module or gearbox.
Solution:
Please conduct the correct push-pull reversal direction according to the user manual
Readjust the drilled size to make them conform to the drilling module
When the handle can be rotated smoothly, please tighten the connecting screws with even force.
Replace the faulted component

Check whether there is debris in the square shaft, key slot and the push-pull situation of the front escutcheon which prevents its movement
