Installation Issue:
Check whether the square shaft is installed
Check whether the spring is installed in the hole of the square shaft
Check whether the door thickness is beyond the stated thickness marked on the accessory kit
Solution:
Install the square shaft
Install the spring in the hole of the handle
Check the stated door thickness range and measure the actual door thickness marked on the accessory kit
2. Improper Operation:
Check whether you turn on the safehandle function
Solution:
Turn off the safehandle function
