DDL210X-13H Troubleshooting - Latch does not operate correctly

  • Ensure the latch backset is set to the correct length. Refer to the Installation Guide for details.

  • Before installation, confirm the latch bolt is fully retracted when installing the deadbolt.
    (Refer to the Installation Guide)

  • Restore the lock to factory default settings, then enter the default Master PIN to begin setup.

    Factory Reset Instructions

    This procedure will delete all user codes associated with the lock.
    Restoring the lock will also activate the lock-handing process.

    1. Press and hold the Reset button for at least 5 seconds.

    2. Release the button after hearing the tone or voice prompt indicating that the lock is restoring to default settings.

    ⚠️ Attention

    • All user data will be permanently erased.

    • After the reset, you must reconfigure the lock (Master PIN, fingerprints, and users).
