Master PIN Code cannot be changed.

  • Perform a factory reset to restore the lock to factory default
    ​

    ​

    1. Keep the door open and unlocked.

    2. Remove one battery from the lock.

    3. Press and hold the Reset button.

    4. While continuing to hold the Reset button, reinsert the battery.

    5. Keep holding until you hear the voice prompt: “Restore to factory settings.”
      This confirms the factory reset is complete.

    ⚠️ Attention

    • Do not release the Reset button until the
      ​“Restore to factory settings” voice prompt is heard.

    • The startup chime only indicates that the device is powered on.

    • Only the “Restore to factory settings” voice prompt confirms a successful reset.

  • Reprogram the lock
