Locking the Door from Outside

  1. Touchscreen Keypad (Manual Mode)

    • Press and hold any key on the touchscreen keypad for at least 2 seconds to lock the door.

  2. Auto-Lock Mode

    • When Auto-Lock is enabled, the latch bolt automatically extends after the door is unlocked and fully closed.

  3. Mobile App

    • Lock the door using the Philips Home Access app.

  4. Backup Mechanical Key

    • Insert and turn the backup key to lock the door.

Locking the Door from Inside

  1. Thumb Turn (Manual Mode)

    • Rotate the thumb turn to the locked position.

  2. Privacy Button (Manual Mode)

    • Press the Privacy Button to lock the door.

  3. Auto-Lock Mode

    • When Auto-Lock is enabled, the door locks automatically after being unlocked and closed.

  4. Mobile App

    • Lock the door using the Philips Home Access app.

  5. Voice Assistant

    • Lock the door using a supported voice assistant (if configured).
