Voice Prompts / Notes

Time Settings

1. Press and hold [#]
2. Enter any master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)
3. Press [3] (System Settings)
4. Press [1] (Time Settings) - The lock will automatically prompt the current time
5. Follow voice prompts to set current time

1. Press and hold [#]
2. Enter master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)
3. Press [3] - system settings
4. Press [2] - lock code settings
5. Follow voice prompts to enter 3- or 4-digit code
6. Press [#] to confirm

Unlock Mode

1. Press and hold [#]
2. Enter master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)
3. Press [3] - system settings
4. Press [4] - unlock mode settings
5. Press:
- [1] for single-factor unlock
- [2] for combined unlock
- [3] for latch bolt re-lock time settings
5.1 Press [2] to add re-lock time
5.2 Press [8] to reduce re-lock time

Voice prompts confirm settings

NOTE:

The latch bolt re-lock time determines how long the latch bolt will automatically rebound after the door is unlocked.

  • Default re-lock time: 3 seconds

  • Adjustable range: 1 to 9 seconds

  • Adjustment increment: 1 second at a time

Example: If you set the re-lock time to 5 seconds, the latch bolt will automatically engage 5 seconds after the door is unlocked.

Delayed Lock Settings

1.Press and hold [#]
2. Enter master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)
3. Press [3] - system settings
4. Press [5] - delayed locking settings
5. Press [2] to increase delay, [8] to decrease

NOTE: The locking time determines how long the door remains unlocked before the lock automatically engages.

  • Default locking time: 10 seconds

  • Adjustable range: 0 to 90 seconds

  • Adjustment increment: 10 seconds at a time

Language Settings

3. Press [3] - system settings
4. Press [6] - language settings
5. Press:
[1] Chinese
[2] English
[3] Spanish
[4] Arabic
[5] Kazakh
6. Press [*] to return to main menu

Network Settings

1. Press and hold [#]
2. Enter master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)
3. Press [4] - network settings

4. Press [1] for hotspot, [2] for auto connection

This product is a connected smart door lock. Users can access its connected features by pairing the lock with the [Smart Life] App.

  • The [Smart Life] App is available for download on the App Store.

Once paired, users can manage lock settings, monitor activity, and control the lock remotely through the app.

Log Query

  1. Press and hold [#]

  2. Enter master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)

  3. Press [5] - information inquiry

  4. Press [1] - log inquiry

  5. Follow the voice prompts to enter the date you want to check.

  6. The lock will report all operation records for that day.
    ​

  7. To navigate the logs:

    1. Press [2] to scroll up

    2. Press [8] to scroll down

NOTE: The system can store up to 510 log entries.

Storage Query

  1. Press and hold [#]

  2. Enter master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)

  3. Press [5] - information query

  4. Press [2] - storage query

Version Query

  1. Press and hold [#]

  2. Enter master access method (master fingerprint, master PIN code, or master key tag)

  3. Press [5] - information query

  4. Press [3]

Torque Settings

When the door lock is in the initial state:

  1. Wake up the keypad.

  2. Press 888# to enter Motor Setting Mode.

  3. Press [1] to enter Torque Setting.

  4. Press [1], [2], or [3] to select the desired torque level.

  5. The system will provide a voice prompt announcing the currently selected torque.

Once the voice confirms, the torque setting is complete.

NOTE: The motor settings only for installation
​technicians, please operate it carefully.

Door Swing Setting

When the door lock is in the initial state:

  1. Wake up the keypad.

  2. Press 888# to enter Motor Setting Mode.

  3. Press [2] to enter Torque / Door Swing Settings.

  4. To set door direction:

    • Press [2] again to set Left-Swing Door → Voice prompt: “Door is left-open”

    • Press [2] again to set Right-Swing Door → Voice prompt: “Door is right-open”

Follow the voice prompts to confirm the selected door swing direction.

Reversal Period Setting

When the door lock is in the initial state:

  1. Wake up the keypad.

  2. Press 888# to enter Motor Setting Mode.

  3. Press [3] to enter Reversal Period Settings.

  4. Adjust the reversal period:

    • Press [2] to increase the period

    • Press [8] to decrease the period

  5. After adjustment, the system will announce:
    ​“The reversal period is XXX seconds.”

Default Reversal Period: 0.4 seconds
​Adjustable Range: 0.2 – 0.5 seconds
