Unlock from Outside
Using a PIN Code
Touch the keypad to wake it up.
Enter the enrolled PIN code, then press [#] to confirm.
After the voice prompt “Door unlocked”, push or pull the handle to open the door.
Using a Fingerprint
Place an enrolled finger on the fingerprint sensor.
After the voice prompt “Door unlocked”, push or pull the handle to open the door.
Using a Key Tag
Place the enrolled key tag on the card reader.
After the voice prompt “Door unlocked”, push or pull the handle to open the door.
Mechanical Key Unlock
Take the mechanical keys from the packaging.
Open the mechanical key cover at the bottom of the outside escutcheon.
Rotate the bottom part of the cover until the keyhole is exposed.
Insert the key into the lock cylinder. Push firmly and rotate the key to unlock the door.
Unlock from Inside
Using the Rotary Knob
Pull the rotary knob outward and rotate it to unlock the door.
Using the OPEN/CLOSE Button
Double press the [OPEN] button.
Push or pull the door to open it.
Using the Handle
Hold and rotate the handle to unlock the door from the inside.
Remote unlocking
When a visitor rings the doorbell, a real-time notification will be sent to the mobile app along with a live video view.
From the app screen, you can:
Tap Agree to unlock the door remotely, or
Tap Refuse to deny access.
Once unlocked successfully, the app will display a confirmation message.
This feature allows you to see the visitor and unlock the door remotely, even when you are not at home.
Important Notes
The door lock will not automatically lock after unlocking with the rotary knob or inside handle.
When inside the house, press the [CLOSE] button to lock the door.
When outside the house, press the lock icon on the outside escutcheon to lock the door.
