Entering Master Mode Using the Master PIN Code
Tap the touchscreen to wake it up.
Press [*] twice before entering any numbers.
Enter the Master PIN code then Press [#] to confirm
Attention:
If the Master PIN is still set to the default factory PIN, you must first enter Master Mode, then select [1] → [5] to change the Master PIN before performing any other operations.
Entering Master Mode Using the Master Fingerprint
Tap the touchscreen to wake it up.
Press [*] twice before entering any numbers.
Place the enrolled Master Fingerprint on the fingerprint sensor to enter Master Mode.
Attention:
The door lock does not have a master fingerprint by default. A master fingerprint must be enrolled before use.
Do not enroll the same fingerprint as both a master fingerprint and a user fingerprint.
Add a User
Press [*] twice and enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter User Settings.
Press [1] to Add a User.
The door lock will automatically recognize the access method.
Users only need to add the desired access method directly.
Add a User PIN Code
Enter a new 6–12 digit PIN code, then press [#] to confirm.
Re-enter the PIN code and press [#] to confirm.
After hearing the voice prompt confirming successful addition, press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit Master Mode.
Attention:
PIN code length must be 6–12 digits.
Add a User Fingerprint
Place your finger on the fingerprint sensor.
When you hear the prompt “Please press again”, remove your finger and place it back on the sensor.
Repeat this process until you hear a voice prompt confirming the fingerprint was added successfully.
Press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit Master Mode.
Add a One-Time PIN Code
Press [*] twice and enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter User Settings.
Press [2] to add a One-Time PIN Code.
Enter a 6–12 digit one-time PIN, then press [#] to confirm.
Re-enter the one-time PIN and press [#] to confirm.
After hearing the successful voice prompt, press [*] repeatedly to exit Master Mode.
Add or Modify the Master Fingerprint
Press [*] twice and enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter User Settings.
Press [4] to add or modify the Master Fingerprint.
Notes:
No master fingerprint enrolled:
The first fingerprint enrolled will automatically become the master fingerprint.Master fingerprint already enrolled:
Enrolling a new fingerprint will replace the existing master fingerprint.
After hearing the confirmation prompt, press [*] repeatedly to exit Master Mode.
Modify the Master PIN Code
Press [*] twice and enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter User Settings.
Press [5] to modify the Master PIN.
Enter a new master PIN and press [#] to confirm.
Re-enter the new master PIN and press [#] to confirm.
After hearing the successful voice prompt, press [*] repeatedly to exit Master Mode.
Delete a User
Press [*] twice and enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter User Settings.
Press [6] to delete a user.
Select the access method to delete:
Press [1] to delete a PIN code
Press [2] to delete a Fingerprint
Press [5] to delete All User Information
Follow the voice prompts to complete deletion.
After hearing the successful operation prompt, press [*] repeatedly to exit Master Mode.
How to Perform a Factory Reset:
Press the [RES] button twice.
All user data will be erased, and the lock will return to its default settings.
⚠️ Attention:
After restoring factory settings, all user information and configurations will be permanently deleted.
This action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.
