Ensure the magnetic strike plate is installed properly and aligned with the lock.
Confirm the door closes fully and the lock aligns correctly with the strike plate.
Check that no obstruction prevents the latch bolt from fully extending into the strike plate.
⚠️Note: If the strike plate is misaligned or incorrectly installed, the lock will not detect the closed door position and auto-lock will not activate.
