DDL610-5HBS How to Activate the Lock

Before first use, it is important to activate the lock. The 6-digit activation code is located on a white sticker on the original Philips packaging/box.

Activation Steps

  1. Tap the screen to wake up the keypad.

  2. Tap the [*] key twice, enter the 6-digit activation code, then press the [#] key to confirm.

✅ Once successful, you will hear two beeps.

If the Packaging Is Not Available

  • You can generate the activation code using your lock’s serial number:

    • Find the serial number on the warranty card or by pressing 400# on the lock.

    • Enter the serial number on this link to retrieve your activation code

⚠️ Attention

  • If the lock is inactive, it defaults to demo mode.

  • In demo mode, users can explore basic features, but full functionality requires activation.
