For left-hand swing doors, adjust the latch direction before starting assembly.
Assembly Steps
1. Drill & Mount Mortise
Use the drilling template to mark holes in the door.
Mount the mortise into the jamb.
Secure with the four anchor screws.
⚠️ Attention: Ensure the deadbolt does not protrude during installation.
2. Install Lock Cylinder
Align the lock cylinder into the mortise.
Tighten screws to secure the cylinder.
3. Prepare Exterior Assembly
Attach screw tubes to the exterior assembly.
Insert the spring and square shaft into the square hole.
4. Pass Cables & Fit Exterior
Pass assembly cables and mortise cables through the door hole.
Align and insert the square shaft into the square shaft hole.
Ensure the exterior assembly fits closely against the door.
5. Secure Mounting Plate
Align the mounting plate on the interior door surface.
Tighten screws to secure the exterior assembly.
6. Connect Interior Assembly
Insert assembly cables into their corresponding sockets.
Assemble the spring and square shaft into the interior assembly.
Align and insert the square shaft and deadlock latch into the square shaft hole.
Tuck any extra cables inside the door hole.
Tighten screws to secure the interior assembly.
⚠️ Attention: Trim the deadlock latch so it is about 1 cm shorter than the door thickness.
7. Install Batteries & Covers
Insert 4 or 8 AA batteries.
Attach the battery cover and tighten screws.
Fasten the bottom cover to finish installation.
8. Test Functionality
Check the thumb turn, mechanical key, and all components for proper connection.
