Download the Home Access app from Google Play or App Store.
Insert the batteries into the door lock and turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
Open the Philips Home Access app and tap “Add a Device” on the homepage.
Select Connect to Gateway.
On the Add device screen, Tap “Device Powered On”.
Follow the instructions on the app:
Press and hold the RESET button on the gateway for ~5 seconds until the indicator light turns blue and starts flashing slowly.
Tick “I SEE THE BLUE LIGHT FLASHING”, then tap NEXT.
Bluetooth pairing: Keep your phone close to the gateway and wait for the connection to complete.
Once CONNECTION SUCCEEDED appears, tap NEXT.
Select your dedicated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, enter the password, then tap NEXT.
Wait for the gateway to connect to Wi-Fi, then tap NEXT.
Assign a name to your gateway, then tap COMPLETE.

Door Lock Setup on the App
Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Select your door lock model (DDL610-5HBS) and tap CONNECT.
Tap I’VE INSTALLED THE DEVICE.
Select the Wi-Fi bridge (gateway) to connect your door lock, then tap NEXT.
Bluetooth pairing: Keep your phone close to the gateway and wait for the connection to complete.
Once the device connects successfully, you will be prompted to change your Master PIN:
Enter your preferred Master PIN twice and tap NEXT.
Master PIN Requirements:
6–15 digits
Cannot contain 6 repeated numbers
Cannot contain 6 sequential numbers
When CONNECTION SUCCEEDED appears, tap NEXT.
You’ll be routed to add a permanent User PIN: Enter the User PIN you wish to add, then tap CREATE.
User PIN Requirements:
6–15 digits
Cannot contain 6 repeated numbers
Cannot contain 6 sequential numbers
Name your door lock, then tap COMPLETE.
The setup is now complete.
