Programming a Master PIN and Master Fingerprint (After Activation or Factory Reset)

Master PIN

Note: The default Master PIN is 12345678.

  1. Tap the keypad to illuminate it (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Press the [*] key twice.

  3. Enter the Master PIN.

  4. Press [#] to confirm and enter Master Mode.

⚠️ Attention:
If the Master PIN is still set to the default PIN (12345678), you must change it before performing any other operations:

  • In Master Mode, navigate to [1] → [5] to modify the Master PIN.

Master Fingerprint

  1. Tap the keypad to wake it up (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Place the enrolled master fingerprint on the fingerprint sensor to enter Master Mode.

⚠️ Attention:

  1. The door lock does not have a master fingerprint by default.
    Please enroll a master fingerprint before use.

  2. Do not enroll the master fingerprint using the same finger as any user fingerprint.

Modify or Add Master PIN & Master Fingerprint

Master PIN

  1. Tap the keypad to wake it up (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Press the [*] key twice, enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm

  3. Press [1] to enter Settings.

  4. Press [5] to modify the Master PIN.

  5. Enter the new Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.

  6. Re-enter the new Master PIN, press [#] again to confirm.

  7. After hearing the successful modification prompt, press [*] to return to the previous menu.

  8. Continue pressing [*] until exiting Master Mode.

Master Fingerprint

  1. Tap the keypad to wake it up (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Press the [*] key twice, enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm

  3. Press [1] to enter Settings.

  4. Press [4] to enter Master Fingerprint settings.

  5. Follow the on-screen or voice prompts:

    • No master fingerprint set:
      Enroll a fingerprint. The system will automatically assign it as the master fingerprint.

    • Master fingerprint already set:
      Enroll a new fingerprint. The system will automatically replace the existing master fingerprint.

  6. After hearing the successful addition prompt, press [*] to return to the previous menu.

  7. Continue pressing [*] until exiting Master Mode.

Register a User PIN

  1. Tap the keypad to wake it up (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Press the [*] key twice, enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm

  3. Press [1] to enter Settings.

  4. Press [1] again to Add User.

  5. Enter a new User PIN.

  6. Press [#] to confirm.

  7. Re-enter the User PIN.

  8. Press [#] again to confirm.

  9. After hearing the successful addition prompt, press [*] to return to the previous menu.

  10. Continue pressing [*] until exiting Master Mode.

Register a User Fingerprint

  1. Tap the keypad to wake it up (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Press the [*] key twice, enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm

  3. Press [1] to enter Settings.

  4. Press [1] again to Add User.

  5. Place your finger on the fingerprint sensor.

  6. When prompted “Please remove your finger and try again”, lift and re-place your finger on the sensor.

  7. Repeat this process several times as instructed.

  8. After hearing the successful addition prompt, press [*] to return to the previous menu.

  9. Continue pressing [*] until exiting Master Mode.

Register a Key Tag

  1. Tap the keypad to wake it up (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Press the [*] key twice, enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm

  3. Press [1] to enter Settings.

  4. Press [1] again to Add User.

  5. Place the key tag in front of the key tag sensor.

  6. After hearing the successful addition prompt, press [*] to return to the previous menu.

  7. Continue pressing [*] until exiting Master Mode.

Delete a User (PIN, Fingerprint, or Key Tag)

  1. Tap the keypad to wake it up (do not enter any numbers).

  2. Press the [*] key twice, enter the Master PIN, then press [#] to confirm

  3. Press [1] to enter Settings.

  4. Press [6] to Delete a User.

  5. Select the access type to delete:

    • [1] Delete PIN

    • [2] Delete Fingerprint

    • [3] Delete Key Tag

  6. After successful deletion, press [*] to return to the previous menu.

  7. Continue pressing [*] until exiting Master Mode.

Factory Reset

Function

  • Deletes all user data

  • Restores the lock to factory default settings

How to Use

  1. Use a sharp object to double-press the [RES] button.

  2. The lock will erase all user information and return to factory settings.

⚠️ Attention:
After a factory reset, you must reprogram the Master PIN and Master Fingerprint before adding users.
