Unlocking Modes

1. General Mode

  • The lock can be unlocked using any enrolled access method:

    • PIN code (Master, User, or One-Time PIN)

    • Fingerprint

    • Key tag

    • Mechanical key

2. Dual Verification Mode (This mode provides an extra layer of security.)

  • The lock requires any two of the following methods to unlock:

    • Fingerprint

    • PIN code

    • Key tag


Indoor Unlock

  • Handle Unlock - Press down the handle to unlock.

Open the Home Access app and select your door lock from the Home screen.

Press and hold the red lock icon until it turns green and displays “UNLOCKED.”


Methods & Capacity:

  • PIN Code ( Master PIN - 1 | User PIN - 20 )

    • Touch the keypad to wake it up.

    • Enter the enrolled PIN code.

    • Press the [#] key to confirm.

    • After hearing the voice prompt “Please open the door”, press down the handle to unlock.

  • Fingerprint (Master Fingerprint - 1 | User Fingerprint - 100)

    • Place the enrolled finger correctly on the fingerprint sensor.

    • After hearing the voice prompt “Please open the door”, press down the handle to unlock.

  • Key Tag - 100

    • Place the enrolled key tag over the key tag recognition area.

    • After hearing the voice prompt “Please open the door”, press down the handle to unlock.

  • Mechanical Key

    • Take the mechanical key from the key box in the product packaging.

    • Insert the key into the keyhole at the bottom of the exterior assembly and
      rotate it to unlock

    • Rotate the key approximately 1.5 turns to the left or right (depending on door direction) to unlock.

⚠️ Attention – Mechanical Key Use

  1. Avoid using the mechanical key regularly. Use it only in emergencies, such as:

    • Drained batteries

    • Forgotten PIN code

    • System malfunction

  2. Store the mechanical key outside the home, such as in:

    • Office

    • Car

    • Another secure location

This ensures access during emergencies.
