Status Indicator

  • Blue:
    When the system wakes up, the indicator turns blue, indicating the door lock is ready for operation.

  • Green:
    When the door lock is unlocked, the indicator turns green, indicating the door has opened.

  • Red:
    When the door lock is locked, the indicator turns red, indicating the door has closed.


Armed Mode | Away Mode

  • White:
    When the door lock is locked, the “8” number key illuminates, indicating that Armed Mode can be activated.

  • Triggering:
    When the door lock is in Armed Mode, opening the door from the inside will trigger the alert.

  • Alert Method:
    Continuous, repeated alert sound.

  • Off:
    The alert will turn off automatically after a successful verification using any access method.


System Lockout

If five consecutive incorrect attempts are made within five minutes using a fingerprint, PIN code, or key tag, the door lock will be temporarily locked for 100 seconds.


⚠️ Attention

  • Voice prompts and indicators appear only when the keypad is touched to wake it up or during access verification.


Tamper Alert

Triggering 1:

  • The door gap is pried open, causing the sensor latch to extend.

Triggering 2:

  • The exterior assembly is pried open or becomes misaligned with the door.

Alert Method:

  • Continuous, repeated alert sound.

Off:

  • The alert will turn off automatically, or

  • After successful verification using any access method, or

  • After unlocking from the inside (for exterior assembly tamper alerts).
