Unlocking Modes
1. General Mode
The lock can be unlocked using any enrolled access method:
PIN code (Master, User, or One-Time PIN)
Fingerprint
Key tag
Mechanical key
2. Dual Verification Mode (This mode provides an extra layer of security.)
The lock requires any two of the following methods to unlock:
Fingerprint
PIN code
Key tag
TOGGLE SWITCH - The smart lock features an indoor quick-release mechanism, allowing easy unlocking by moving the toggle switch left or right.
OPEN BUTTON - Press the [OPEN] button twice within one second, then push or pull the handle to unlock
Infrared Handle - The handle has a built-in infrared sensor; touching the inner side of the handle unlocks the door.
Open the Home Access app and select your door lock from the Home screen.
Press and hold the red lock icon until it turns green and displays “UNLOCKED.”


Methods & Capacity:
PIN Code ( Master PIN - 1 | User PIN - 20 )
Touch the keypad to wake it up.
Enter the enrolled PIN code.
Press the [#] key to confirm.
After hearing the voice prompt “Please open the door”, press down the handle to unlock.
Fingerprint (Master Fingerprint - 1 | User Fingerprint - 100)
Key Tag - 100
Mechanical Key
Cut the key box, take out the mechanical key, press the release switch, and slide out the key.
Insert the key into the keyhole with the key casing vertical. Rotate the key casing 90° towards the handle until it is close to the door surface.
Rotate the key casing 180° downward until it is parallel to the horizontal plane. Then, turn the key casing horizontally towards the handle to unlock.
⚠️ Attention – Mechanical Key Use
Avoid using the mechanical key regularly. Use it only in emergencies, such as:
Drained batteries
Forgotten PIN code
System malfunction
Store the mechanical key outside the home, such as in:
Office
Car
Another secure location
This ensures access during emergencies.
