Philips smart locks from My Smart Locks are controlled through the Philips EasyKey and Philips EasyKey Plus apps.
Which app do I need?
Which of the two applies depends on your model. Rather than guessing, check the user manual for your lock, or search your model number in this Help Centre, for example DDL702-8HWS or DDL615-5HBS. Most models have an article covering app setup and pairing.
If you are still not sure, tell us your model number in chat and we will confirm which app to install.
What you can do with the app
Unlock remotely. You can control Philips smart door locks remotely through the app.
Share access with family. Grant access to family members and revoke it whenever you need to.
Create temporary codes for guests. You can generate temporary access codes that are set to expire, which is useful for cleaners, tradespeople and short-stay guests.
Get notifications. Real-time alerts to your phone whenever the lock is locked or unlocked.
See the activity log. Access times and users, so you can see who came and went.
One thing that depends on your model
The activity and access history is available if your lock is compatible with a Wi-Fi connection. On a Bluetooth-only lock, features that need the lock to be reachable while you are away from home will not work the same way.

Access methods that do not need the app at all
Philips locks provide several access options including keyless entry, PIN codes and smartphone access, and most store up to 20 PIN codes and 100 fingerprints. You do not have to use the app to use the lock.
