Master Mode

Enter Master Mode Using Master PIN Code:

⚠️ Attention

If the Master PIN is still set to the default PIN (12345678), it must be changed first before performing other operations.

How to Modify the Master PIN Code:

Press the [*] key twice, enter the current Master PIN code, then press [#] to confirm and enter Master Mode.
Press [1] to enter Settings, then press [5] to select Modify Master PIN Code.
Enter a new Master PIN code, then press [#] to confirm.
Re-enter the new PIN code and press [#] again to confirm.
After the successful setting prompt, press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit Master Mode.

Enter Master Mode Using Master Fingerprint:

⚠️ Attention

The lock does not have a master fingerprint by default. A master fingerprint must be enrolled before use.
Do not enroll the master fingerprint as a normal user fingerprint.

Add or Modify the Master Fingerprint

Press the [*] key twice, enter the Master PIN code, then press [#] to confirm and enter Master Mode.
Press [1] to enter Settings, then press [4] to access Add/Modify Master Fingerprint.

Enroll a new fingerprint. The fingerprint will automatically become the master fingerprint.
After the successful prompt, press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit Master Mode.

Enroll a new fingerprint to replace the existing master fingerprint.
After the successful prompt, press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit Master Mode.

The door lock will automatically detect and guide you through adding a PIN code, fingerprint, or key tag.

Enter User Management (instruction above)
Enter the new user PIN code, then press #.
Re-enter the same PIN code and press # to confirm.
After the successful addition voice prompt, press * repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit master mode.

Enter User Management (instruction above)
Place your finger on the fingerprint scanner.
When prompted to “Please remove your finger and try again,” lift your finger and place it on the scanner again.
Repeat this process several times until enrollment is complete.
After the successful addition voice prompt, press * repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit master mode.

Enter User Management (instruction above)
Place a new key tag on the reader to enroll it.
After the successful addition voice prompt, press * repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit master mode.

Wake up the keypad (do not enter any numbers).
Press the [*] key twice.
Enter the Master PIN code, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter Settings.
Press [2] to Add a One-Time Code.
Enter a 6–12 digit one-time PIN code, then press [#] to confirm.
Re-enter the code and press [#] again to confirm.
After the voice prompt confirms successful addition, press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit Master Mode.

Wake up the keypad (do not enter any numbers).
Press the [*] key twice.
Enter the Master PIN code, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter Settings.
Press [3] to Add a Palm Vein.
Straighten your palm and face it toward the palm vein recognition area, holding it 10–20 cm away from the lock.
After the voice prompt confirms successful entry, press [*] repeatedly to return to the upper menu and exit Management Mode.

⚠️ Attention:

Wake up the keypad (do not enter any numbers).
Enter the Master PIN code, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [1] to enter Settings.
Press [6] to Delete a User.
Select the access method to delete:
- Press [1] to delete a PIN code
- Press [2] to delete a Fingerprint
- Press [3] to delete a Key Tag
- Press [4] to delete a Palm Vein
- Press [5] to delete All Users
Follow the voice prompts to complete the deletion.
After successful deletion, press [*] repeatedly to return to the previous menu and exit Master Mode.

How to Perform a Factory Reset:

Function: Empty all user data and restore to factory default settings.

Press the [RES] button twice with a sharp object to reset the lock, which will erase all user information.
