Locked Out (Privacy Mode Video Guide)
Lock the smart lock.
Turn the thumb turn left or right (either direction) to activate privacy mode.
To deactivate, turn the thumb turn to the middle position.
Visual cue:
Left/right = privacy ON
Middle = privacy OFF
Armed Mode (Away Mode)
Function
When the door lock is opened from the inside, it triggers an alert.
How to Use
Lock the door. Press [8] to activate armed mode.
Important Notes
Only available on mortise locks with a detection switch.
Mortise locks without a detection switch do not support armed mode.
Unlocking from the outside is unaffected by armed mode.
Doorbell
Function
Plays a ding-dong sound via the indoor speaker when someone is at the door.
Captures video of the visitor and sends it to the linked app.
Smile indicator flashes blue when pressed.
How to Use
When the doorbell is pressed:
Indoor chime sounds.
Door lock camera captures video of the visitor.
Video is sent to the app, allowing remote viewing.
Display
Function
Allows viewing the doorway via the indoor display when the doorbell is pressed.
How to Use
Doorbell press → indoor display turns on.
To turn off the display, press the button below the screen or open the door from outside
Display settings (time-out duration and brightness) can be adjusted via the app.

Function
Allows real-time monitoring of the doorstep.
Supports two-way communication via the app.
How to Use
Connect the smart lock to the app.
Open the app to view the door in real time and talk to visitors using two-way communication.
