Status Indicators

  • Blue: When the system wakes up, the indicator turns blue, indicating the door lock is ready for operation.

  • Green: When the door lock is unlocked, the indicator turns green, indicating the door has opened.

  • Red: When the door lock is locked, the indicator turns red, indicating the door has closed.

  • Low Battery Indicator - Red: When the door lock wakes up, it automatically checks the battery voltage. If the battery level is too low, the red low-battery indicator will illuminate.
During unlocking, a voice prompt will also remind you to replace the battery.

  • Armed Mode Indicator and Alert

    • White:
When the door lock is in the locked state, the [8] key illuminates white, indicating that Armed Mode can be activated.

    Note:

    • Armed Mode is only available for mortise locks equipped with a detection switch.

    • Mortise locks without a detection switch do not support this feature.

    • When the door lock is in Armed Mode, a continuous, repeated alert sound is triggered if the lock is unlocked from the inside.

    • The alert stops after successful verification of any access method.

  • System Lock-out Indicator

    • If there are five consecutive incorrect attempts within five minutes using a fingerprint, PIN code, or key tag, the door lock will enter lock-out mode for two minutes.

    • During lock-out, prompts will only appear when touching the keypad to wake it up or when attempting to verify an access method.
