Tamper Alert

Triggering 1

  • When the door gap is pried open, causing the assistant bolt to extend.

Triggering 2

  • When the exterior assembly is pried open or not properly aligned with the door.

Alert Method

  • Continuous, repeated alert sound.

Turning Off the Alert

  • The alert will stop automatically or after successful verification of any access method.

  • For Triggering 2, the alert can also stop after unlocking from the inside.


Latch Abnormality Alert

Triggering

  • Abnormal latch bolt operation resulting in unsuccessful locking or unlocking.

Alert Method

  • Continuous, repeated alert sound.

Turning Off the Alert

  • The alert will stop automatically.


Motion Detection (Loitering) Alert

Triggering

  • If a suspicious individual lingers within the main camera’s field of view longer than the preset duration, a loitering alert is triggered.

Alert Method

  • The main camera automatically captures video or images and sends alert notifications to the app.

Turning Off / Settings

  • Motion detection is disabled by default.

  • To enable or disable this feature:

    1. Log in to the app.

    2. Bind your door lock model.

    3. Go to App Settings.

    4. Enable Loitering Alert.

Important Notes

  • Motion detection alerts are disabled by default and must be enabled in the app.

  • Frequent video usage increases battery consumption.

    • To reduce battery drain, set motion detection sensitivity to the lowest level to decrease detection frequency.
