When the battery voltage is low, and you are unable to unlock the door from outside, you can use a 5V power bank with a Type-C cable as an emergency power source for the door lock.
Connect a 5V power bank to the Type-C emergency power port, located underneath the lock’s outside panel, to temporarily power the system.
Once power is supplied, the system will automatically restart.
After unlocking the door, replace the battery promptly.
In the event of a system malfunction that prevents unlocking from outside, a 5V power bank can also be used to supply power via the same Type-C port.
The door lock is powered by a 5000mAh lithium battery, which lasts up to 3 months per charge. However, actual battery life may vary depending on usage scenarios and settings.
