Video Guide on How to Add the Lock to the App
Download The Philips Home Access App (Google Play | App Store)
Create an account. Make sure that the correct country/region is selected when creating an account
Once logged in, tap on "Add Device"
Scan the QR code on the battery cover
Select your 2.4G network and enter your WIFI password, then click NEXT
Follow the prompt on the app:
Tap the screen of the door lock to wake it up.
Press [*] twice. Enter the master PIN, then press [#] to confirm.
Press [4] to enter network settings.
Wait for the voice prompt “Connecting”, then tap [Voice prompt “Connecting”] at the bottom of the app screen.
Tap on NEXT and a QR code will be generated on the app
Align the QR code generated by the app with the door lock camera.
Enter the master PIN on the app, select the time zone and tick on [Read “Notice on the Timezone Change Risk”] then tap on NEXT.
Assign a name for your door lock, then tap COMPLETE to finish setup.
