Unlocking from Outside

1. With PIN Code (Master PIN - 1 | User PIN [including one-time PIN] - 20)

  1. Touch the digit input area to light up the keypad.

  2. Enter your registered PIN code and confirm with [#].

  3. When you hear the voice prompt: “Door opened”, push or pull the handle to unlock.


2. With Fingerprint (User Fingerprint - 99 | Master Fingerprint - 1)

  1. Place a registered finger on the fingerprint sensor.

  2. When you hear: “Door opened”, push or pull the handle to unlock.


3. With Key tag

  1. Place a registered Key tag against the key tag reader.

  2. When you hear: “Door opened”, push or pull the handle to unlock.


4. With Mechanical Key

  1. Cut open the mechanical key box and remove the key. Push aside the cover to reveal the keyhole.

  2. Insert the key vertically into the key shell. Turn the key shell 90° in the handle’s direction until it is close to the lock.

  3. Twist the key 180° clockwise, ensuring the key shell is parallel to the horizontal plane. Rotate the key cover horizontally in the handle’s direction to unlock.

Attention: Mechanical keys should only be used in emergencies, such as a dead battery, forgotten PIN, or system malfunction.


Unlocking from Inside

1. With Rotary Knob

  • The indoor fast-opening mortise allows you to unlock by simply rotating the rotary knob.


2. With Functional Button

  • Double press the [OPEN] button within one second, then push or pull to unlock.


3. With Infrared Sensor

  • The handle has an infrared sensor.

Press the sensor modules on the front and rear sides of the handle simultaneously to unlock the door.

How to Enable or Disable the Infrared Sensor

  • To enable the infrared sensor:

    • When the sensor is disabled, long-press the [OPEN/CLOSE] button to turn it on.

  • To disable the infrared sensor:

    • When the sensor is enabled, long-press the [OPEN/CLOSE] button to turn it off.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • When the infrared sensor is disabled, indoor inductive unlocking will not work.

  • If you touch both the front and rear sensing areas on the handle while it is disabled, a red indicator light will turn on to remind you that indoor inductive unlocking is off.
