How to Enable Interior Lockout
Make sure the door is locked.
Press and hold the [CLOSE] button.
You will hear a voice prompt: “Inside deadlock enabled”.
Important Notes
When Interior Lockout is active:
The front escutcheon is fully locked.
After identity verification, “15937(X)” will appear on the keypad.
A voice prompt will announce: “Inside deadlock enabled” to indicate the door has been locked from inside.
While in Interior Lockout mode:
All front escutcheon operations are disabled.
The door can only be unlocked using:
Master PIN code, or
Mechanical key
