Improper operation

  • Check whether the password is correct

  • Check whether the way you enter the password is correct

  • Check if the keypad is locked up

Solution:

  • If you keep getting a prompt of “Verification failed” while entering your PIn code, please try unlock the lock with other access methods. After that, please reset the password according to the user manual or voice guide.

  • Enter the password according to user manual

  • Try the password again after 3 mins
