Step 1: Check Mute / Unmute Setting
Follow the steps in the image below to confirm whether the system is set to Mute or Unmute.
Step 2: Check Volume Settings
If the system is already set to Unmute but there is no sound, follow the steps in the image below to verify the volume level.
If the volume is set to high and there is still no sound, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Check Battery Level
Replace the batteries with a fresh set of disposable alkaline batteries.
Step 4: Perform a Factory Reset
**Note: This will erase all user data. The master PIN will reset to 12345678.
Remove the inside lower cover.
Using a pointed object, double-press the RES button.
Listen for the voice prompt:
“Restored to factory settings.”
Reprogram all PINs, fingerprints, and key tags.
Test the lock. If the issue persists, proceed to Step 5.
Step 5: Warranty Escalation
If the issue remains unresolved, proceed with the Warranty Claim & Technical Escalation procedure.
