Updated over 2 weeks ago

Step 1: Check Battery Level

  • Ensure the batteries are not low.

  • Replace them with a fresh set of disposable alkaline batteries.

  • Test the lock after replacing the batteries.

Step 2: Check the Cable

  • Inspect the cable to ensure there is no visible damage.

  • Confirm that the outside panel cable is firmly connected to the inside panel.

Step 3: Perform a Factory Reset

**Note: A factory reset will erase all user data and restore the Master PIN to the default: 12345678.

  1. Remove the battery cover.

  2. Using a pointed object, double-press the RES button.

  3. Wait for the voice prompt: “Restoring to default settings.”

  4. Reprogram and test the lock.

If the Issue Persists

  • If the keypad still does not light up after completing Step 3, replace the OUTSIDE PANEL.

  • Follow the Warranty Claim & Technical Escalation procedure.
